Our drinks menu is basically split into two. One is creative drinks like the signatures and the seasonals, the ones with banana cream and honey and cocoa on top. The other is the classics drinks like coffee and tea. We talk about here which half is for whom. If you are more classic with your drinks, skip to the classics section.
If you want the drink people know us for
If you want coffee, Order the Monkey Business. It is an iced honey latte topped with our house-made banana cream, finished with cinnamon, a banana chip and a light honey drizzle. It is sweet by design, a 3 of 3 on our menu's sweetness scale, and it is served iced only.
If you want matcha, order the Incredible Ape Matcha. It is the matcha version of the Monkey Business.
Both drinks are meant to taste sweet. If you want the banana cream without too much sweetness, you can ask for it half-sweet or even no sweet.
If you want your coffee classic
Order a Flat White. It is 8 ounces, hot only, with a double shot of espresso, steamed milk and a light layer of foam. This is what I drink every day.
If you want less milk, the Cortado is 4 ounces of equal parts espresso and steamed milk. If you want no milk, the Americano is a double shot with water, iced or hot. If you want it cold, our Cold Brew is steeped for 22 hours and served iced.
Every espresso drink comes with two shots by default. You can add shots, take one away, or get it decaf.
If you want something sweet but not too creamy
Order a Cloud Ape. It is iced cold brew with house-made sweet cream on top and a dusting of cocoa. It is slightly more coffee-forward than other signature drinks.
The Golden Ape is a latte made with our house-made banana brown sugar syrup. It comes iced or hot, and it is the drink to try if you like the idea of the Monkey Business but want it warm.
If you don't drink coffee
Order the Matcha Latte. It is ceremonial grade matcha sweetened with simple syrup, served iced or hot.
The Chai Latte comes iced or hot with a cinnamon stick. The Chocolate Milk is made in-house. For tea, ask us what is on that day, because the selection does change over time.
How to make any drink yours
Any drink can be adjusted. Sweetness changes are free. Alternative milks are free too: oat, almond, 2%, half and half or heavy cream. Choosing a milk that works for you shouldn't cost extra.
You can put a cream top on any drink for $1. Pick banana cream, sweet cream or tiramisu cream. An extra shot of espresso is $0.78.
Ordering with kids
We have lemonade and house-made chocolate milk. If you are ordering for a kid, we recommend the chocolate milk with banana cream on top.
The two that aren't on the menu
There are two "secret" drinks as of September 17, 2026: the Double Matcha and the Espresso Tonic. Ask for either. The off-menu offerings may change over time.
If none of this fits, ask us for recommendations and tell us what you are in the mood for. That is what the bar is for.
